Requesting a Return Authorization • Whether wanting to return a faulty product or mis-shiped item all you have to do is email: canadareturns@underarmour.com

• You will need the following items when requesting your RA: For faulty product: Item Number and Colour Code Article Size and Quantity Original PO or SO number (If possible) Images of the faulty product
For mis-shipped product: Item Number and Colour Code Article Size and Quantity Original PO or SO number (if Possible)

• When sending the request to the office please use the template shown below: UA return email template

IMPORTANT NOTE

• You will be asked to return the items on the courier of your choice at your expense. Once you have recieved an invoice/bill for the freight please reply to the RA confirmation email with the attached freight cost so it can be added to your return credit.
